Trich is all I think about. My hands are always tugging, pulling. 

It’s taking over me. It is consuming me. 

(I wanted to send you a private message, but there isn’t enough space in the ask box for all I wanted to say)

Please don’t say that. It isn’t true. No matter how much you think you are defined by it, don’t believe it for a second. You are so much more than that. Even if you don’t remember a life before it, it does not define you. I know how hard it is, knowing that it’s your own hands doing this, but you are not trich, and trich is not you.

There is an entire community here that seems immensely supportive. I’m not the most involved in it, but please don’t hesitate to talk to me. 

You are so much more than this. Don’t forget that. You can get through it, and you will.
